Inner Tank Head:The inner tank head is made of 3.5mm stainless steel butterfly-shaped head, formed in a single process using an expanding machine. It features a uniform appearance and smooth finish. This design effectively reduces the impact of fresh milk on the tank head during transportation, providing far greater impact resistance than flat or conical tank heads. |

Insulation Layer:The entire tank truck is covered using an imported polyurethane spray foam process, ensuring comprehensive thermal insulation. The polyurethane foam layer is 70mm thick, with a uniform density achieved through advanced spraying techniques. It is fire-resistant and moisture-proof. Additionally, a 10mm rubber insulation sponge is applied over the polyurethane foam, effectively preventing tank sweating. Under normal temperature conditions, the temperature variation of the transported medium over 24 hours is only 2-3°C, ensuring stable thermal performance. |
