The Dongfeng Tuyi pipeline repair vehicle is a specialized truck designed for trenchless rehabilitation of urban underground pipelines using UVCIPP (ultraviolet curedinplace pipe) technology. It effectively repairs cracked, leaking, or deteriorated pipes without the need for extensive excavation, minimising traffic disruption and environmental impact.
This model is typically manufactured by Chengli Automobile Group and is based on the Dongfeng Tuyi lightduty chassis.
The repair process follows three main steps:
Liner Installation - A resinimpregnated flexible liner is inserted into the damaged pipe via pulling or airinversion, ensuring it closely adheres to the inner wall.
UV Curing - A UV lamp train is inserted into the inflated liner and moved at a controlled speed. The ultraviolet light triggers the resin to cure progressively from one end to the other.
New Pipe Formation - Once cured, the resin forms a hard, seamless "pipewithinapipe" structure that restores the host pipe's integrity and extends its service life.
Built on the Dongfeng Tuyi chassis, the vehicle offers excellent manoeuvrability for urban operations.

After-Sales Service
Under the condition that the user strictly follows the instruction manual and operates the vehicle under normal conditions, within one year from the date of purchase (based on the vehicle factory registration card) and with a driving mileage not exceeding 25,000 kilometers, if any product parts are damaged due to design, manufacturing, or assembly reasons, and such faults are verified by relevant automobile service stations or supervisory departments, the issue must be reported to our After-Sales Service Department within three working days in writing. After confirmation, we will provide Three Guarantees Service (repair, replacement, refund) accordingly.
Specific Services Include:

During the warranty period, product quality issues are covered by free repair.
Wearing parts and electrical components are excluded.
