1. When the weather is not working in winter, the vehicle is not working continuously, or when the vehicle is not working, all drain ball valves and water pump drain ball valves in the pipeline must be opened to drain the water. 2. During winter operations, fill the vehicle tank with an appropriate amount of hot water until the water pump's discharge ball valve is closed and all ball valves in the pipeline are closed when they discharge water. When the tank is filled with fire hydrant tap water and is far away from the work area, the working ball valve should be slightly opened to ensure that there is a dripping water line.
3. Within 2-3 days of the first operation of the commercial vehicle, the vehicle user must check and tighten the status of the saddle screws on the main beam, the connection screws on the pipeline flange, and the fastening status of the connection plate screws on the main beam (usually the fastening status should be checked at any time). When the attendance rate of vehicle operations is high, the gearbox gear oil of the vehicle should be replaced every 2 months, the water pump drive shaft should be lubricated once, and the water pump should be rechecked for lubricating oil status or replaced every 3 months. The flange screws and gate valve screws of each part of the main pipeline must be checked and tightened regularly or at any time by the vehicle user.
 

 

 

Correct usage of commercial vehicles
 

1. Conventional watering, start the vehicle and park safely. Open the front or rear sprinkler ball valve (only one function can be selected), close the straight through ball valve (handle perpendicular to the tank), open the gap of the four position three-way ball valve to a position perpendicular to the tank, press the clutch pedal to shift to gear 1, and simultaneously turn on the power take-off switch and music horn. Release the parking handbrake and slowly release the clutch pedal to complete the watering function. The engine speed should not exceed 1800-2000 rpm for a long time, and when the engine water temperature is too high, the throttle should be lowered to reduce the working time or the engine should be pulled over to check the condition of the engine coolant and the tightness of the generator drive belt. When the watering operation is completed or stopped, press the clutch pedal to turn off the power take-off switch and music horn, and shift the gear back to neutral to activate the vehicle safety parking handbrake. Turn off the engine and stop the vehicle.
2. Conventional pumping, start the vehicle and turn on the safety parking handbrake to inject a certain amount of water into the tank. Connect the suction pipe with the four position three-way ball valve interface and submerge the other end of the suction pipe into the water within 40 cm. At the same time, open the gap of the four position three-way ball valve to a position parallel to the tank (in the direction of the cab) and open the straight through ball. Step on the vehicle clutch pedal to open the power take-off switch and slowly release the clutch pedal. Observe the suction status of the suction pipe through the right rearview mirror (in the passenger's position) and gradually increase the engine speed until water is sucked in. Release the accelerator pedal until the engine reaches the maximum speed for pumping. After the pumping operation is completed, press the clutch pedal to turn off the power take-off switch.
3. When the conventional sprinkler pumping effect is poor, please check whether the three-way filter of the water pump is blocked or damaged, and clean or replace it. Maintenance method: Use a 14 fork wrench to loosen the 4 screws on the bottom cover of the filter screen.
