Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30-50% as deposit, and the rest before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAF, DDU.

After-Sales Service
Under the condition that the user strictly follows the instruction manual and operates the vehicle under normal conditions, within one year from the date of purchase (based on the vehicle factory registration card) and with a driving mileage not exceeding 25,000 kilometers, if any product parts are damaged due to design, manufacturing, or assembly reasons, and such faults are verified by relevant automobile service stations or supervisory departments, the issue must be reported to our After-Sales Service Department within three working days in writing. After confirmation, we will provide Three Guarantees Service (repair, replacement, refund) accordingly.
Specific Services Include:
1. Free Repair During Warranty
During the warranty period, product quality issues are covered by free repair.
Wearing parts and electrical components are excluded.
2. Lifetime Technical Support
After the warranty expires, only the cost of replacement parts will be charged, and support will still be provided.
3. Free Operator Training
Our factory arranges on-site training by professional engineers, including:
