This all-electric sweeper washer truck is a dedicated sanitation vehicle designed specifically for urban road cleaning. It is built on a new-generation heavy-duty pure electric chassis (Model: ZB1022BEVGDRJ0) developed by Shandong Tangjun Ouling Automobile Co., Ltd.
On the base chassis, multiple professional systems are integrated, including:

The vehicle adopts the Tangjun Ouling "Huoyue" single-seat chassis, featuring a compact body width of only 1350 mm, providing excellent maneuverability in narrow urban environments. With a wheelbase of 2355 mm, it achieves a smaller turning radius for improved handling.
Equipped with a rear load-bearing suspension, the truck supports higher payload capacity. Powered by a 307.2V high-voltage electric system, it supports both DC fast charging and AC slow charging for flexible energy replenishment.

2. Cabin
The driver's seat is adjustable forward and backward and equipped with a three-point safety belt for enhanced safety. The dashboard integrates standard driving functions, along with a GPS positioning terminal compliant with national standards. It also features a vehicle fault self-diagnostic system and a reserved OBD communication interface.
To ensure comfort during operation, the cabin comes with a dual-mode air conditioning system (cooling & heating). For improved safety and visibility during operations, a rear-view camera system is also installed as standard.
3. Battery
The chassis is equipped with a Gotion High-Tech (Guo Xuan Gao Ke) brand 307.2V 52Ah lithium iron phosphate battery, featuring strong endurance, stable performance, long service life, and reliable quality.
The upper body includes an additional battery of the same brand and capacity, increasing the total vehicle power capacity to 31.95kWh. Both battery units share a single charging port and support simultaneous charging and discharging.
With a full charge, the vehicle can support continuous operation for 6-8 hours.
4. Drive Motor & Heavy-Duty Tires
The vehicle is equipped with a high-performance 10kW permanent magnet synchronous motor, delivering strong power output and stable performance. It is fitted with Chaoyang brand 145R12LT heavy-duty vacuum tires, known for their excellent load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, puncture resistance, and long service life.
All electrical components and wiring harnesses in the vehicle feature a protection rating of IP67 or higher, ensuring high durability and enhanced operational safety.
5. Integrated Rotational Molding Water Tank
The water tank adopts an integrated rotational molding process, featuring a lightweight design with a stylish and modern appearance. Both the color and exterior can be customized to meet client preferences.
It offers an extended service life with a lifetime warranty, ensuring long-term durability and reliability. The tank boasts a large capacity of 700 liters, and supports multiple water refilling options (side or top inlet), which extends operation time and reduces the hassle of frequent refills.
6. High-Lift Discharge Stainless Steel Tank Structure
The wastewater tank features a boat-shaped design and is constructed entirely from 304 or 201 stainless steel, ensuring strong corrosion resistance and robust structural integrity. After bending, welding, and pressure water testing, the tank is highly durable and effectively avoids common issues such as leakage and dripping caused by poor sealing in conventional models.
The top cover is operated by a hydraulic cylinder and fitted with rubber sealing strips for enhanced airtightness. The discharge height exceeds 1.3 meters, allowing direct docking with 660L garbage bins or compression trucks, which helps prevent secondary pollution during unloading.
7. One-Touch Remote & Touchscreen Operation
The upper structure supports one-touch intelligent control via a remote controller and touchscreen interface.
The remote control allows quick access to functions such as starting/stopping or lifting/lowering of side brushes, fan, suction nozzle, unloading, and bin lowering.
The touchscreen panel is based on CAN bus control, ensuring intuitive and centralized operation. Major tasks can be completed with a single touch, and all functions can be controlled directly from the in-cab display, making the operation efficient, modern, and user-friendly.
8. Powerful Blower and Extra-Wide Suction Nozzle
Equipped with a high-pressure negative pressure blower directly connected to a 7.5kW motor, delivering higher efficiency and stronger suction power.
The rear-mounted suspended suction nozzle features a width of 1350mm, with adjustable lifting rollers ensuring a working ground clearance of 5-10mm.
The suction nozzle includes a rear jet flushing system designed for heavy contamination on surfaces, which works together with the powerful blower to immediately remove wastewater and sludge, providing strong sweeping and washing capabilities.
9. Hydraulic Power Unit and Hydraulic Components
Equipped with a 1.5KW high-power hydraulic power unit providing smooth operation and stable performance.
The unloading system uses a double-acting cylinder with high-lift at the cylinder tail, rated at 16 MPa pressure.
Key valve assemblies and hydraulic pipelines are sourced from well-known brands, ensuring a long warranty period.
10. Powerful Functions
In addition to the standard washing and sweeping functions of the sweeper truck, it is equipped with a hose reel, blower cleaning, and sewage tank cleaning.
