Introduction to Compressed Garbage Trucks
A compressed garbage truck is a specialized sanitation vehicle that compresses garbage via a hydraulic system to increase load capacity. It is mainly used for the collection and transportation of municipal domestic waste.
I. Core Functions
The core value of a compressed garbage truck lies in "volume reduction and efficiency improvement", mainly realizing three major functions:
Garbage Compression: Through the compression push plate inside the carriage, the input garbage is strongly squeezed to reduce its volume and increase the single load capacity. Generally, it can compress the garbage volume to 1/3 to 1/2 of its original size.
Automatic Loading and Unloading: Equipped with a mechanical arm or a flipping mechanism, it can automatically grab garbage bins, lift and dump garbage. This reduces manual operation and improves work efficiency.
Sealed Transportation: The entire operation process is completed in a sealed carriage, which can effectively prevent garbage leakage, odor diffusion and sewage dripping, thus reducing secondary pollution.
II. Basic Structure
The vehicle structure is designed around the two major needs of "compression" and "transportation", mainly including four core parts:
Chassis: The foundation for bearing the weight of the entire vehicle. It usually adopts a special-purpose vehicle chassis, which needs to meet the requirements of strong load-bearing capacity and stable driving.
Compression Device: The core working component, composed of a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic cylinder, a compression push plate, etc. It realizes the extrusion and volume reduction of garbage through hydraulic power.
Loading Mechanism: Responsible for the collection and dumping of garbage. Common forms include a bin-turning mechanism (adapted to standard garbage bins) and a bin-hanging mechanism (adapted to large garbage collection bins).
Sealed Carriage: A container for storing compressed garbage. It is made of high-strength steel plates and has good sealing and pressure resistance to prevent environmental pollution during transportation.
III. Applicable Scenarios
Due to its high efficiency and sealed characteristics, it is widely used in the following scenarios:
Door-to-door collection of domestic waste in urban residential areas and commercial areas.
Places with concentrated garbage generation such as industrial parks, schools and hospitals.
Garbage transportation between garbage transfer stations and garbage landfills/incineration plants.

Body Configuration:Arc-shaped container with a volume of 38 cubic meters; container made of Q345 manganese steel (5mm thick on sides and bottom); filler constructed with Q710 high-strength steel, featuring an 8mm thick arc-shaped base plate and 8mm thick slide rails.
Components include: Fujian Shanyou hydraulic cylinders, Qiangtian multi-way valves, Wanye oil pumps (tandem pump), Henan Xiangliu hydraulic hoses, Wuhan Bayer hydraulic oil. The filler lifting cylinder is equipped with a bidirectional balance valve.
Equipped with Hunan Changsha Fuli CAN bus electronic control system, German Eaton operation panel, and Japanese Kawato wireless remote control (using photoelectric switches, with three control modes: one-key operation, manual operation, and wireless remote control). Two operation boxes are provided (operable inside the cab and on the right side of the rear; an emergency stop switch is installed on the left side of the filler).
Standard configuration includes one sewage tank at the lower part of the rear filler and one sewage tank on one side of the chassis girder. The rear flipping mechanism is a fully sealed hopper.







After-sales service
Under the condition that the user strictly follows the instruction manual and operates normally, within one year from the date of purchase of the car (subject to the vehicle factory registration card), the driving mileage is not more than 25,000 kilometers, and the product parts damaged due to design, manufacturing and assembly reasons are identified by the relevant automobile service station and supervision department. Within three working days to our company's after-sales service department to submit written information, after-sales service department confirmed after the implementation of three guarantees of service.
Specific services are as follows:
1, the three guarantee service period of product quality to repair, repair costs are free (excluding wearing parts and electrical parts).
2, lifetime warranty. For products that exceed the warranty period, only relevant cost fees will be charged for replacement parts.
