This pure electric road maintenance vehicle is a specially designed sanitation truck for urban environments. It is built on a new-generation pure electric heavy-duty chassis developed by Shandong Tangjun Ouling Automobile Co., Ltd.

The vehicle is equipped with a high-pressure water pump, electric water diversion system, front-mounted multifunctional flushing system, and a rotationally molded water tank. It offers multiple functions, including:

• Road surface flushing

• Curb and curb-face flushing

• High-pressure gun for cleaning road signs and billboards

With its compact body width of only 1.23 meters, the truck features excellent maneuverability, making it ideal for narrow city roads and corners where larger vehicles cannot operate. It also solves the issue of license plate restrictions often faced by mini maintenance vehicles.

The vehicle is equipped with a 1.0m³ rotational molded clean water tank, along with adjustable front, side, and center nozzles to achieve flexible cleaning angles. It can reach speeds up to 71 km/h, significantly improving work efficiency. For added driver comfort, the vehicle includes an air conditioning system.

1. High-Performance Chassis

Equipped with a Tangjun Ouling single-seat chassis, the vehicle features an overall width of only 1230mm, offering strong maneuverability and excellent passability in narrow urban roads.
It has a small turning radius and adopts a rear-wheel load-bearing suspension to support higher payloads.
The vehicle supports both DC fast charging and AC slow charging.
Standard configurations include EPS (Electric Power Steering), hydraulic braking system, front disc and rear drum brakes, heating and cooling A/C, and essential ABS and EBS vacuum brake assist systems, ensuring flexible steering and reliable braking performance.

2. Driver's Cabin

The seat is adjustable forward and backward and comes equipped with a three-point seatbelt for enhanced safety.
The dashboard includes standard functional displays, with optional upgrades such as a GPS positioning terminal and other onboard systems.
The cabin is also equipped with a vehicle self-diagnostic system and provides a reserved OBD communication interface.
A reversing camera system is available as an optional feature for safer maneuvering.

3. Battery:
The chassis is equipped with a premium Guoke Gaoxuan 307.2V 52AH lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, delivering excellent endurance. An optional battery of the same capacity can be installed to power the mounted high-pressure water pump, effectively extending operational duration. This top-tier battery brand ensures stable performance, long service life, and reliable quality. A single full charge provides up to 8 hours of continuous operation.

4. Traction Motor, Controller, and Tires:
The vehicle is equipped with a high-performance permanent magnet synchronous motor rated at 10kW continuous power with a peak power of 27kW, providing strong power and stable performance. It uses Chaoyang brand 145R12LT heavy-duty vacuum tires, which offer high load capacity, are wear-resistant, puncture-resistant, and have a long service life. All electrical components and wiring harnesses have a protection rating of IP67 or above, ensuring high-level protection and enhanced operational safety..

5. Integrated Welded Body:
The body is formed by bending and welding high-quality Q235 steel, treated with electrophoretic coating and surface paint finish to resist rust and corrosion. The side is equipped with a standard fire water inlet, and the top reserves a large water inlet. The rear features a roller shutter door with a liquid level display. The overall design is elegant and practical.

 

6. Water Tank:
The vehicle is equipped with a one-piece rotomolded PE water tank, which is anti-aging, corrosion-resistant, and leak-proof, ensuring a long service life. The water tank has a capacity of 1000 liters.

7. Front Flush and Side Wash Functions:
The front flush system allows for left and right swing angle adjustment (swing angle over 20°), enabling focused cleaning on various road conditions. The flush uses a rotary joint with adjustable angles, achieving a washing width of 6-8 meters. The side wash can perform precise cleaning in all directions-left, right, up, and down, effectively handling dirt and debris on curbstones. All washing functions are electrically controlled for easy and convenient operation.

8. High-Pressure Washing System:
Equipped with a DC variable frequency high-pressure washer and an imported high-pressure water pump, delivering powerful performance and strong pressure with reliable quality. The manifold features a full aluminum construction and is controlled by an electric rod for precise positioning. Its compact structure is designed to withstand frequent operations.

 

9. One-Touch Button Operation:
A button switch panel is installed inside the cabin, allowing easy control of functions such as front flush on/off, left side wash on/off, right side wash on/off, water pump on/off, hose reel on/off, and mounted equipment start/stop.

 

10. Multifunctional Features:
In addition to the standard flush functions and hose reel washing, the vehicle is equipped with a handheld high-pressure water gun. It can perform focused cleaning on trash bins, flyers, and other surfaces. An optional handheld wash plate is also available.

Under the condition that the user strictly follows the instruction manual and operates normally, within one year from the date of purchase of the car (subject to the vehicle factory registration card), the driving mileage is not more than 25,000 kilometers, and the product parts damaged due to design, manufacturing and assembly reasons are identified by the relevant automobile service station and supervision department.
