The refrigerated truck box utilises an internationally adopted sandwich panel process, combined with thermal break insulation technology, to achieve national Class A insulation standards.
Box panels are built from a galvanised steel pipe framework with eco-friendly, waterproof plywood, filled with 8 cm thick insulation board, and covered by 3.0 mm thick fibreglass. High-strength adhesive and hot-pressing moulding processes are used. The external frame is made of 304 stainless steel, reinforced with aluminium profiles, and features #27 stainless steel door locks and fittings. Box is assembled seamlessly without sealant, ensuring rapid cooling, slow heat loss, and excellent insulation. Doors are bevelled; the subframe is formed from 510-grade large channel steel, bent in one piece and locked with pressure plates. Side guards and rear bumper are integrally formed.
The refrigerated truck factory is equipped with the most advanced international 18-meter extensive composite panel production line. Production tables are machine-cleaned automatically before pressing to ensure one-time moulding. Production equipment and technology lead the industry in setting standards, resulting in boxes that are lightweight, high-strength, leak-free, aesthetically pleasing, durable, and highly insulated.
