Our pure electric road maintenance vehicle is a special maintenance vehicle for urban sanitation. It is modified using the new generation of pure electric sanitation-specific heavy-duty Class II chassis.

 It primarily serves multiple functions, including road surface flushing, flushing of curbs and curbstone facades, and also features a high-pressure water gun for cleaning road signs and billboards. It features high reliability and a compact body, allowing it to be extended to the end of narrow urban roads for effective cleaning operations.

High-performance chassis:

Single-seat chassis, with an overall body width of only 1230mm, strong passability; small turning radius; rear wheel load-bearing suspension, supporting higher loads; the whole vehicle supports DC fast charging and AC slow charging; equipped with EPS electronic power steering, hydraulic brakes, front disc and rear drum, air conditioning, standard ABS, EBS brake vacuum power system, flexible steering and reliable braking.

The vehicle features a PE one-piece rotational moulding water tank, which is anti-aging, corrosion-resistant, and leak-resistant, offering a long service life and a 1000L water tank capacity.

 

The flushing adopts a rotating joint, the angle can be adjusted, and the flushing width can reach 6-8m; the side flushing can realise precise flushing in all directions of left, right, up and down, and can flexibly handle dirt and garbage on the curbstones;

It boasts strong power, high pressure, and guaranteed quality. The diverter features an all-aluminium structure, electric rod control, precise positioning, a compact design, and can withstand frequent operations.

The box is made of high-quality Q235 steel, formed through bending and welding, which makes it resistant to rust. The side is equipped with a fire water inlet as standard, and a large water inlet is reserved on the top. The tail adopts a rolling door and has a liquid level display. 

A button switch panel is set in the cab, which can easily realize the following functions: front row flush on/off, left flush on/off, right flush on/off, water pump on/off, hose reel on/off, upper load start on/off, etc.

In addition to the standard flushing function and hose reel flushing, it is also equipped with a handheld high-pressure water gun. It can be used to flush trash cans, small advertisements, etc., centrally, and a handheld flushing tray is also available.
