The Tank Capacity: 3,500L capacity made of durable high-carbon steel with a thickness of 3mm. They ensuring resistance to corrosion and wear. This volume is suitable for kitchen waste collection in hotel kitchens, community garbage stations, and school canteens.
Hydraulic Operation System: Full hydraulic manual system for seamless operation. Features a pull-rod bucket elevator compatible with 120L and 240L standard bins. Rear cover can hydraulically opened and locked for secure waste containment.
Solid and Liquid Separation: Designed to handle both solid and liquid waste efficiently. It features a dedicated rear 100 ball valve for liquid discharge.

Operating Method:

The vehicle transports bins filled with "food waste" via a conveyor belt, slowly lifting the waste to the top of the vehicle. From there, the waste pour into the vehicle's compartment, which consists of two parts: the main body and the tank section. This process ensures smooth unloading and efficient waste management.
 

Waste Treatment Process:

Once the waste is deposited, a powerful pushing plate exerts pressure, separating solids from liquids. The separated liquid flows into the wastewater tank located at the bottom of the tank section, while the solid waste is compressed and stored within the tank. This process continuously reduces the volume of waste, and once the tank is full, the vehicle transports the waste to a kitchen waste resource optimization treatment plant for further processing.

Solid-Liquid Separation Device: This optional feature enables the vehicle to perform solid-liquid separation during waste collection. After-sales service
Under the condition that the user strictly follows the instruction manual and operates normally, within one year from the date of purchase of the car (subject to the vehicle factory registration card), the driving mileage is not more than 25,000 kilometers, and the product parts damaged due to design, manufacturing and assembly reasons are identified by the relevant automobile service station and supervision department. Within three working days to our company's after-sales service department to submit written information, after-sales service department confirmed after the implementation of three guarantees of service.
