Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A2. 30% by T/T as deposit, and 70% by T/T before delivery. We will provide detailed photos and videos of the finished product and packaging for your confirmation before you pay the balance.

Q3. How about the delivery time?
A3. It depends on the product type and customization requirements. Usually, the production cycle of one unit KEXIN refueling truck is 15-25 days, and shipping time varies by destination port.

After-Sales Service

Under the condition that the user strictly follows the instruction manual and operates the vehicle under normal conditions, within one year from the date of purchase (based on the vehicle factory registration card) and with a driving mileage not exceeding 25,000 kilometers, if any product parts are damaged due to design, manufacturing, or assembly reasons, and such faults are verified by relevant automobile service stations or supervisory departments, the issue must be reported to our After-Sales Service Department within three working days in writing. After confirmation, we will provide Three Guarantees Service (repair, replacement, refund) accordingly.

 

Specific Services Include:

During the warranty period, product quality issues are covered by free repair.
Wearing parts and electrical components are excluded.
