The Dongfeng K6 Crash Attenuator Truck is a specialized vehicle designed for highway maintenance and work zone protection. Built on the Dongfeng K6 cab-over chassis (Model EQ1160GSZ6DJ), it features a powerful Yuchai 170HP Euro VI diesel engine, 3950mm wheelbase, 9.00R20 steel radial tires, power steering, clutch assist, and factory-installed air conditioning for driver comfort and long-duration operation.

The upper structure is equipped with a Q235-grade steel body and a 100K energy-absorbing impact attenuation module developed using internationally recognized safety technology. The integrated X-type LED guidance arrow board with high-brightness strobe lights enhances road visibility and work zone alerting.

This crash cushion module serves as a rear-end collision buffer for roadwork vehicles. In case of rear impact, it forms a protective barrier between the colliding vehicle and work crew, reducing damage and injuries through controlled structural deformation that dissipates energy.

The hydraulic lifting system allows fast deployment and stowing of the buffer system, featuring one-touch operation for improved efficiency and mobility during transport and job-site transitions.
